Basic RMA Instructions:
1. Review Warranty Policy Here.
2. Fill out all applicable information in RMA request form below.
3. Receive RMA Number from Mirada.
4. Package product suspected to be defective in a manner as to prevent damage during shipping and clearly label the package with the RMA Number.

Note: Standard ground shipping will be covered at Mirada’s expense.

After the package is received, a technician will begin evaluating your claim, compiling a report, and performing any necessary warranty work. If the returned product does not meet the requirements of the warranty policy, you will be notified prior to making any repairs.
