Manual Inflation Valves
Mirada Sidewinder Manual Inflation Valves feature an unconventional design that utilizes pressure to enhance the seal. The seal itself is manufactured from an engineered polymer which minimizes potential valve seat damage in service while providing a highly reliable seal. This unique valve design can be configured to meet a wide variety of applications. The valve body is manufactured of stainless steel or aluminum.
Series 9500
The Mirada Series 9500 Inflation Valve introduces a number of innovative design advances in “cutter-valve” technology. The heart of the valve assembly is a unique shuttle poppet cartridge component designed to simplify field servicing. This state-of-the-art single piece constructed valve incorporates a 1/2 inch diameter flow passage, which allows very rapid release of compressed gas into the inflatable device. The Series 9500 Inflation Valve is available in lightweight anodized aluminum or stainless steel.
Series 5000
The Mirada Series 5000 Inflation Valve introduces a number of innovative design advances in “cutter-valve” technology. The heart of the valve assembly is a unique puncture disc cartridge component designed to simplify field servicing. This state-of-the-art single piece constructed valve utilizes a bayonet cutter design, which allows rapid release of compressed gas into the inflatable device. The Series 5000 Inflation Valve is available in lightweight anodized aluminum or stainless steel.
Series 3000/8000
The Mirada Series 3000 and 8000 Inflation Valve Systems are two-piece cutter valves comprised of a Firing Head and Cylinder Head. The firing head incorporates a spring-loaded bayonet secured by the pull cable ball. The cylinder head incorporates a static sealed disc which is punctured upon valve actuation allowing unrestricted gas flow through the valve outlet. They extremely versatile allowing a wide variety of system integration interfacing. The Series 3000 Inflation Valve is primarily constructed of lightweight anodized 6061 aluminum material. The Series 8000 Inflation Valve is primarily constructed of 303 stainless steel material.
Series 1000
This valve is designed to interface with disposable gas cylinders. Popular applications include single seat life rafts or similar devices which require a small volume of gas to achieve full inflation. Additional configurations are available to meet your specific application.
